Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. If something is mispriced or has sold out between your order and our packing bench, we will cancel and refund in full rather than quietly substitute something else.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
We make in small runs. If a run sells through, the pack list hears about the next one first — that is a scheduling reality, not a sales tactic.
The FOR THEM tin is a treat, not a meal. Treats supplement a complete diet, they do not replace one.
If your dog has an allergy, is on a restricted diet, is pregnant, or is recovering from illness, check with your vet before introducing anything new. We are not veterinarians and nothing on this site is veterinary advice.
Supervise your dog while they eat, and provide fresh water. Dehydrated chicken is brittle and should be broken down for small dogs and hard chewers.
The FOR YOU tin contains chocolate chip cookies, which are for people. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. That is precisely why the two halves ship as separate sealed tins rather than one container with a divider.
The cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, egg and soy. TO CONFIRM: your actual allergen statement, including whether nuts are present in the facility. This has to be right before a single tin ships.

Park rules and opening hours in particular are checked periodically rather than continuously, so confirm with the park before you set off.
