How the tins get to you, what it costs, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
We ship to all fifty US states from a single kitchen in New York. We do not currently ship internationally, and we do not have stockists or retail partners — every order comes direct.
To confirmwhether you will ship to PO boxes, and to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, where ground service is slower and dearer.
Two things add up to a delivery date: the time we take to pack and dispatch a run, and the time the carrier takes to move it.
Carrier transit is one business day to the Northeast, two to the mid-Atlantic and Ohio, three to the Southeast and eastern Midwest, four to Texas and the plains, five to the Mountain West and Pacific Northwest, and six to California. Per-city estimates are on each delivery page.
To confirmyour own handling time — how many business days between an order landing and it leaving the kitchen. Publish it here as a number, not a range, and build in the batch schedule.
To confirmshipping rates. The announcement bar currently promises complimentary shipping on the Duo Set, so at minimum that has to be true. Decide whether refills ship free, and whether there is an order value above which everything ships free.
Food is not something we can take back and resell, so we do not accept returns on opened tins. That is standard for consumables and it is the honest position rather than a way of avoiding refunds.
What we will always do is make it right if the fault is ours. If a tin arrives damaged, if the seal is broken, if the wrong thing turns up, or if the contents are not in the condition they left in — email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to ship anything back.
Unopened tins can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is on you unless the fault was ours.
Carriers occasionally lose things. If tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we will open a claim and send a replacement rather than making you wait for the outcome.
We cannot control carrier delays caused by weather or peak season, and transit times above are estimates rather than guarantees.
Both tins are shelf-stable and sealed, and neither needs refrigeration. Dehydrated chicken and baked cookies both travel well.
A parcel left in direct sun on a doorstep in July is still a parcel left in direct sun. If you are somewhere hot, a delivery instruction to leave it in shade is worth adding at checkout.
