What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining is free and puts 100 points in your account before you have spent anything.
When do points land?
Purchase points post when your order ships, not when you place it. Bonus points — joining, your dog's profile, following along — land immediately.
Do points expire?
Points stay put for 12 months from the day you earn them. Any order, any action, resets the clock on your whole balance.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is set by the points you earn in a rolling twelve months. Reach a threshold and you move up straight away. Tiers are reviewed once a year, so a quiet few months will not drop you overnight.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes. A redeemed reward behaves like any other code at checkout.
What happens if I return something?
Points earned on a refunded order come back off the balance. Nothing else changes.
